BOUTIQUE CHIC – Store Manager Job Profile
Store Operations
Manage the opening and closing procedures of the store
Ensure the store is well-maintained (signage, layout, cleanliness)
Oversee the cash register (cash handling, daily reconciliations)
Create and organize employee attendance schedules
Stock and Inventory Management
Monitor and control stock levels
Receive and process orders (accuracy, timely delivery)
Conduct regular inventories and maintain records
Prepare and ship products from web sales
Customer Service
Handle customer complaints professionally
Represent the brand with positivity
Implement customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and warm greetings from all staff
Sales and Performance
Achieve turnover, margin, and average basket size goals
Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability
Monitor and report sales performance
Welcome, inform, and sell to customers entering the store
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate the store team
Train and support staff (product knowledge, brand values)
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Brand Representation
Uphold the brand’s image and values
Ensure alignment with brand standards
Required Background
- Experience: Shop manager experience in retail or B2B stores
- Skills: Leadership, versatility, dynamism, autonomy, organization, interpersonal and team spirit, listening, service-oriented, available, responsive, adaptable, appreciation for fine goods, motivational
- Languages:
- Estonian: written & spoken
- English: written & spoken
- French: spoken (a plus but not mandatory)
- Work style: Independent but reports on important matters
Job Details
Location: Rotermann, Tallinn, Estonia
Work Time: Full-time (no night work; potential shifts as team grows)
Probation Period: 4 months
Salary
During probation: 1900€/month
After probation: 1900€/month + 2% of employee’s sales (excl. VAT)
